If that does not work you can try using another plug and USB cable, its compatible with chargers for most devices and phones. You can always contact us for additional help.
Make sure that the control unit is fully charged. Ensure that both of the sticky pads are in contact with your body. Check that you have set the power intensity to at least level one.
Your neuroPro has a battery, once charged you should disconnect the cord from the control unit. The charge will last for 10 to 20 sessions depending on the power level used.
If you do not see any numbers, check that your neuroPro is turned on by holding the M button for 3 seconds. If the display still shows no numbers try charging again. We have a video that explains the charging process . A full charge will take around 2 hours and will last for 10 to 20 sessions. Remember to disconnect the cord before use.
Ensure the sticky pads are in contact with your skin. Make sure that the power intensity is at 1 or above, you may need to go higher to feel it. The charging cord must be disconnected before use.
