Place the device on a table, turn it on, and adjust the intensity to at least level 2. Remove any jewelry from your hands first, then place your hands on the mat to see if you can feel any sensations.
If pulses are felt, you may have foot numbness. Try using the mat for at least 21 days at level 19 until you start to feel sensation return.
If you cannot feel pulses in your hands, contact us to request a replacement.
This varies with time of day and hydration. You can apply moisturizer to your feet one hour or more before use to improve skin conductivity and device effectiveness.
You can try the following:
If you feel a large difference try the above.
Make sure that the control unit is fully charged. Ensure that both of your feet are in contact with the mat and that you are not wearing any socks. Check that you have set the power intensity to at least level one. Ensure the charging cord is disconnected.
We have a video that explains the charging process in detail above.
If that does not work you can try using another plug and USB cable, its compatible with chargers for most devices and phones. You can always contact us for additional help.
Your neuroPro has a battery, once charged you should disconnect the cord from the control unit. The charge will last for 10 to 20 sessions over a week depending on the power level used.
If you do not see any numbers, check that your neuroPro is turned on by holding the center M button for 3 seconds. If the display still shows no numbers try charging again. We have a video that explains the charging process . A full charge will take around 2 hours and will last for 10 to 20 sessions. Remember to disconnect the cord before use.
Some additional things to check:
Ensure you are using the device without wearing socks, as that could cause the controller to turn off. Make sure that the power intensity is at 1 or above, you may need to go higher to feel it. The charging cord must be disconnected before use.
If none of these steps work, please contact us to request a replacement.
If you have a problem that we have not explained, it is possible your neuroPro could have a fault. You can request a replacement by going to our replacements center.
